I’ve been seeing Gretchen for body work for 4 years now and she is absolutely a body healer. She brings this energy and puts her heart and soul into her body work. Her space, her nurturing vibe, her emphasis on whole body wellness—her emphasis on woman’s health in particular(very empowering btw!), her knowledge of the human anatomy… it just all blends together for a great relaxing and healing experience. Eager to learn more about skin health, she offers a variety of skin treatments as well and has become my go to woman for questions about how I can make changes to my skin, what products will help with rosacea and texture, etc. Working with Gretchen has been such a blessing for my mind, body and soul—and my SKIN has shifted from dull and patchy to a more calm and bright!

I cannot recommend Gretchen's work highly enough! Gretchen has a deep wisdom and intuition where she is able to pull her holistic knowledge and experiences together to provide a safe, caring, and relaxing experience tailored to your needs. Her massages are more than a massage and truly a therapeutic experience. I could never see another practitioner after experiencing her unique skillset. She has an ability to move energy in the body and release any held tension in a relaxed and grounding way. I've also had reiki as well and since receiving both on a regular basis I feel so much more consistent, energized, and grounded.

I'd offer 10 stars if I could! My time with Gretchen was deeply supportive in my healing journey. I had been looking for a maya abdominal/womb massage practitioner for a while and found Rosaluna Wellness after searching high and low. Even though I live about 1.5 hours away, I knew she was the practitioner for me. And I was right. Our session - which included the abdominal/womb massage and cupping - helped clear and move energy in my solar + sacral in ways I've never experienced. Gretchen is an amazing healer. Her reiki energy is powerful & the entire experience was profoundly spiritual. I am a busy Mom & nurse. The studio was soooo relaxing & i felt as though it was the perfect place for me to set aside time & space for healing. I suffer from digestive issues & was interested in the idea of abdominal massage. I didn’t know what to expect from the session. I have had 3 c-sections, years of ibs, & a hysterectomy & i had no idea how much “trauma” was stored in my abdomen. We all appreciate a good back massage but If you think of all the work our digestive system does & all the stress we carry in our abdomen - everyone for sure could use an abdominal massage & energy release. There was so much blocked/stored energy & tension, i don’t think I could begin to start healing without her help. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Gretchen for Maya abdominal massage among so many other offerings. After just having my first baby, being a previous Lyme disease sufferer and a tendency towards constipation, the abdominal massage was exactly what I needed. I believe this should absolutely be an experience everyone should have. I had no idea how nourishing and deep the massage would feel. It truly wakes up your digestive and reproductive systems! Yesterday I partook in a 90 min Massage/ Fire Cupping session with Gretchen. Words cannot express how lovely my experience was. I first met Gretchen after my sister gifted a Reiki and Maya Abdominal Therapy session to me for my 30th birthday. After being diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2017, I have been searching for more holistic options for healing and pain control. “My experience with Gretchen as a massage therapist has surpassed any other massage experiences have had. I have been getting massages every month for the past 30 years. Could not do my job without one. We moved to New Hampshire 4 years ago so had to leave my therapist back in RI . I have been to quite a few up here since moving, never finding the right fit. Until NOW. I have has several sessions with Gretchen and her ability to know the body and how to care for it is beyond the most professional and knowledgeable I have ever experienced.
